I can see there is written "www.panik-musik.net" on it, but that does not meen that I can't use it on my site, or see it on myvideo.
If you don't want people to link your video, you can't lay it out on MyVideo, it is a place, where you can show your videos with other people. You should not lay it on MyVideo if you don't want people to see or share the video?

But if it is because you want me to tell the video is from you, I can do that? I can also make a link to your site.

I just found the video on MyVideo, and want to share it with others! I don't care if people know where it is from?!

But I really can't see the problem that I share it with people..?

Yeah, it's right we posted it on MyVideo but our videos have no Panik-related tags so that they can't be found without having the direct link ;)
We do want people to see it - but on our homepage as we had the work recording, cutting, encoding & uploading it!

Whatever, if you noticed our copyright - we didn't you just ask if you're allowed to post it?
Wouldn't that have been fair?

I found the video because I saw an other video. If you don't want people to use or copy the video, you should not lay it on myvideo :)

I can make a link to your site and write that you made it?
