So, Kosjta says at 1:24, something like:
They are all actors (all from "Berlin Mitte") and Franky is the only one who is actually a musician, and he is about to make his own solo album and is a great/cool singer.
Then the woman says: "Panik has broke up..."
and Kosjta says "Yes they have broken up, I have heard they did it for Berlin Mitte' sake" *smiles*
Interviewer: Nooo
Kosja: No!
(he was just making fun)

After that, I think he says, that Frank is about to make his solo album, and writes a lot of wonderful songs and don't have time for Berlin Mitte.

I think all this actually came from, that the interviewer wanted to know if Berlin Mitte is going to be a "real" band, and Kosjta explains that they are NOT going to.
Anyway, it seems a lot like Frank is going to make his own solo music! - But he hasn't said anything himself yet!
